We will be happy to help you place your order.
1. Search for the desired product on casadifreya.com.
2. Select your desired size and color.
3. Click the "ADD TO CART" button. Note: This does not mean that the product is reserved for you.
4. Add some products to your cart if you want.
5. Are you done shopping? Click in the upper right corner of the basket.
6. The shopping cart is now displayed. Is it correct? Then you can click the "CHECKOUT" button.
7. Enter your details and select a payment method.
8. Your order has been placed! We will send you an email confirmation and start working on your order immediately.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking code. This will enable you to track your shipment from door to door.

We usually send order confirmation within 30 minutes. Haven't received anything? Our confirmation may have ended up in your junk or spam folder. Didn't that happen? Send an email to info@casadifreya.com. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as possible.
RETURNS
The goods must be returned by generating a shipping label yourself in one of the following courier companies: Inpost/DHL/DPD/UPS
For a return to be accepted, it must be registered within 14 business days of receipt of the item.
To be eligible for a refund, the following rules apply:
Products must be unworn and have original labels
Shoes must be in their original and undamaged box. Secure the shoe box with a bag or box.
Returns must be accompanied by a fully completed returns form.
Return costs are not refunded.
If the products received do not meet these requirements, they will not be accepted and will be returned.
Returns are processed within 8 days of receipt. Please note that it is up to your bank to determine when a chargeback will appear in your account.

The purchase amount will always be refunded in the same way it was paid. Returns are typically processed within 8 days. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take up to 3 business days for your reservation to appear in your account.

SHIPMENT
The following rules apply in Poland: order placed before 3 p.m., next day delivery.
For international orders:
Europe: 2-8 days
UK 4-10 days
These times may vary during sale periods and are therefore not binding.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment tracking code. This allows you to track your shipment.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/e-mail notification with a tracking code.
